ROM Hack Translation [Help] Textures and Font (DSOC)

Hello! I'm Successfully to unpack Target.bin and got some files, But I have another problem.
I want to edit textures and font, and put it back to the game file.
But textures are using a special format, they are start with DMPBM, I know Scarlet can convert this to PNG, But it cannot convert back to DMPBM.
and the Font issue, I don`t know what format the file using?
So Can someone Provide a Solution?
