Hacking [HELP] SD Card doesn't work after SafeCTRTransfer

I was following Plailect's guide, this is the 15th console I install CFW to, but this time after doing the SafeCTRTransfer I removed the SD card for the console to reboot and so far so good, the console starts in 2.1.0, the problem came when I inserted the SD to the computer, it doesn't work at all, I am worried about the NAND backup that it is supposed to be in it, can I continue the guide wih another SD and instead of restoring the system can I update in System Settings? It is an Old 3DS, so I guess I won't have any trouble updating right?

The sd card may of corrupted by the sounds of it, just do a 9.2 CTR Transfer instead of manually updating..

I just did the 9.2 CTRTransfer and the console doesn't start, just a black screen for several minutes by now.
