Hacking Help Please! Hard to Detect Card in DS Slot 1!

I recently bought a Nintendo DS Lite + G6 Lite + Passcard 3.

But the DS Lite almost 8 out of 10 times unable to detect my Passcard 3. Sometimes I need to push my Passcard 3 into DS Slot 1 further and hold until G6 NDS Loader appeared.

Is that problem common or it is just me?

Is my DS Lite or my Passcard 3 has defect?

Likely your passcard is busted. As outlined in many previous posts by me, in the 2/10 times it does load, install flashme.

Yeah.. I solve it myself. This problem is caused by the Passcard3 container design problem. It is a litte bit thinner than normal DS card. So I unscrewed the passcard3, put a small 3-ply-folded paper at the upper side of the back of the chip. Then screw it back. I tested on DS Lite, Yeah! now DS Lite detect my passcard3 everytime now.
