Hardware Help me recover my SD card, or is it dead?

Card in question: 32GB sandisk ultra class 10 SD card.

Problem, suffered corruption. Can't seem to recover, or delete data for that matter.

Windows recognizes it but error checking/repairing doesn't help.
Panasonic SD card formatter alleges that it's locked(It isn't)

Tried everything else I can think of.

Please help, thanks

Are all the connectors intact and clean? If not, did you try cleaning them with high volume spirit? Have you tried using a different memory card reader?

Clean the card
Try another adapter
Try to format in linux
Try Panasonic SD Formatter
Try another computer

If all fail its dead.
