Hacking Help howto downgrade 3ds 9.5 with 4.3 fw nand back up

i had made a backup of my 3ds when it was on 4.3 . I updated it by mistake as wanted to update my emunand . how should i do a hard mod ? please help

To keep it simple, sell your current 3ds then buy a new one.
