Help! all Arial font turned to italics

Normal arial is italics for me. Bold is fine, so is every other font. I think I know what happened but idk why.

this happened to me before one time right after I uninstalled ms word starter... I went online and searched for an hour to fix it and i lost the link.
I'm missing the arial normal font. How can i fix this?

should i just get a copy of arial? How can i prevent this in the future?

btw, what I did was install cspromod, and restart my pc.

Yeah you just need a copy of Arial.

You can't really prevent it specifically, but the only times I've seen this is with homer-made install things (like for pirated games that pretend to install like normal), they'll overwrite Arial, and the uninstaller will delete it when they're uninstalled since it's registered as one of the files the program installed alongside itself.
