Let's see here... I'm 18, love retro games, and I want to ask a question in the Wii hacking section.

However, the "ask a question" tab that is supposed to be there is not there. Do I not yet have the privilege to ask a question yet?

You need a certain number (10 IIRC) of posts before the Ask! section is unlocked.
Please make those posts useful, though. No spamming the subforums just to get to 10 posts (there have been people who did that). Oh, and one more thing. Posts do not count in the Introductions and Edge of Forum subforums.

Just ask the question here or make a thread in the Wii section about it.
Silly you have to shitpost 10 times for such a basic forum activity.
