Hardware HDD Not showing up

I have the same HDD and I always had problems with it in NTFS. I moved everything off of it and formatted it to FAT 32 and it worked quickly and perfectly so you should try doing that sometime.

Should I do this?

Split NTFS and FAT32?

416GB NTFS

50GB FAT32

total 465GB

for a Wii you should really just have the whole thing be fat32

only reason to have an NTFS partition is if you want to store files like HD movies that are bigger than 4gb each on the drive

where would i move the 430gb of stuff i have on the ntfs partition? :(

WiiMC still won't pick up the HDD. Also USB loading is REALLY slow. I'll stick to DVD's until it get's fixed.
