Alright, Everything is in little endian.
Here is my book mark for hex workshop and a save are the Very start of the game with everything but the quest items.

Sure, use a hexeditor like hxd

Yes you have to change it in 2 places.

I tried it just dragged and dropped my save file onto it and let it change it then put it back on my folder and still no change in my money

You need to import it with checkpoint or ediZon again. It's not enough to just put it on your card.

i know how to use checkpoint as i have used it multiple times before. I cant get my save file working on your program and it didnt work on my save file.

well it's worked for others. using it is simple.

export save from your game
drag any file onto the EXE, they'r named like HMHLRECORD_00, 01 and 02.
this modifies your savefile.
run checkpoint again, import the save.
start the game and load the save you modified (00 for slot 1, 01 for slot 2, 02 for slot 3)

I don't know where that would be stored you'll have to compare a female and male savefile I guess?
