Itā€™s been a year since my previous birthday thread (itā€™s still here!), and it is exciting for this to happen again!

Itā€™s been an another amazing year being your friend, and it makes me really happy weā€™ve grown as friends. Youā€™ve been extremely helpful to me and those around you. Youā€™re awesome to hang out with and it has never gotten boring with you around. Youā€™re a very entertaining Wolftaur, and Iā€™m always happy talking and spending time with you. Everyone here and on Discord loves you, nobody could ever be the same without you. I will always be your friend and be there for you, for a long time. You wonā€™t be seeing me going away any time soon! A person like you deserves all the hugs and headpats. šŸ¾

    Agreed, that why I try to buy all my games on disc, Xbox anyways. Switch games (which I pirate tbh) don't matter much, I stay offline 24/7 anyways.

    @BakerMan - you can still "own" digital media, arguably easier and better than physical since you can make copies and backups, as much as you like.

    The issue is DRM

    You can buy drm free games / music / ebooks, and if you keep backups of your data (like documents and family photos etc), then you shouldn't lose the game. but with a disk, your toddler could put it in the toaster and there goes your $60

    i like physical media because it actually feels like you own it. thats why i plan on burning music to cds
