Hakchi 2 Questions

Hello,

I just purchased a mini nes and was wanting to add more games.
I understand to connect mini nes to pc and use Hakchi 2.
Question is how do i know when i have reached the limit for adding games?
Will Hakchi automatically put the games in folders for me?
