Hacking Guilty gear .cmp and .bin file storage

Looking to mod guilty gear whatever wii version. There are music files that can be played using brawl box but there are other files like .cmp and .bin. Is there something that can open them?

Oh and what about super mario galaxy 2. There are also some weird files in there too.
