ROM Hack Gen4/5 Major rom hacks?

Are there any ACTUAL rom hacks for D/P/Pt, HG/SS and B/B2/W/w2? the most i've ever seen were randomizers, slight sprite edits, and encounter location changes, along with a few difficulty patches..
IMO it's still the same game...

i want to know if there are any major rom hacks like we had for gen3 For example, Pokemon Light Platinum, Crystal Shards, Dimension Legends, etc.
Or is the NDS rom hacking scene still too closed for that?

There was an "origin platinum" a while back, I think it just added all pokemon though.

honestly never was a fan of D/P/Pt, only mentioned it to see if it had anything, like i didn't like fire red/leaf green , but it has good rom hacks

There are a few on PokeCommunity. Check out @mikelan98's Pokemon hacks. He made a remake of Pokemon Light Platinum on Pokemon HeartGold.
