This upscales the pack from here, which replaced GC textures with PS3 HD textures.
Notes...
- Upscaled with High Fidelity v2 + CUGAN, though textures with issues were only CUGAN.
- Because it uses the fuzzy PS3 textures as a base, it can look messy, but still much better.
- Here's a likely more accurate pack for PC, but.. that means no savestates/fast forward..
