How exactly do I set up my own matches and what certain amount of time are you talking about? Do I have to do it in specific dates with someone?

I'll give a example. The match is A vs B vs C vs D (ABCD represent the people). They contact each other via PM, IRC (fastest way to communicate) or even email. They will be required to finish their match in a certain amount of days. I would say the whole tournament will last about 3 weeks. And there will be.... 6 rounds total. So 21/6 = 3.5 , about 4 days per a round for the first 3, and 3 days a round for the rest.
