You'd be surprised with how many people you have alienated with your asinine replies and flame fests. I don't dislike you, but I do get annoyed with you when you post stupid replies when they aren't necessary.

BTW nice to see how many people understand the rule "PLEASE NOTE THAT THE GALLERY IS FOR SHOWING PURPOSES ONLY, REPLIES OR COMMENTS IN OTHER PEOPLE GALLERIES ARE NOT ALLOWED AND WILL BE DELETED" especially when it's in upper case, bold and underlined.

Too bad some of the members didn't read the rules quite clearly yet for some of these gallery topics have already been replied or commented. I've already reported them so that the mods will remove those posts.

Beside that, it's a great idea. Now people will be able to show off even more of their works and it will be much easier to locate them by the artist's name.

I have one question though, since it is an Art Gallery are we limited to what we can show off?

For example if I have a tasteful nude painting is it allowed or not?

The Gallery rules doesn't mention anything about what you can show and what you can't show so I assume the main rules will apply for that kind of detail:

So I guess the answer would have to be yes, you are limited to what you can show off. I highly doubt KiVan will support the idea of having members post nude art in the forum, even if it's a gallery board.

I'll just wait before I put anything up period, if I can't show all my work I'd rather not show any....

I've talked to a mod (no names unless he wants to be known, he gets enough pm's anyway) about this, and I'm sure most of you guys who have seen my work would agree it's art, not porno... So I'll be putting a warning with a disclaimer, so if you don't want to see it for what ever reason you don't have to look... If this causes alot of trouble though I'll take it all down...

Ripklawe has a DL and i think i saw somone else with one too.

I think the gallery should be just pics. Even links bug me, but that may be a bit extreme

I think there should be a way to be able to comment on the art work.....when your in an art gallery you don't walk around all quiet quiet and not say anything about it...if the artist is around you talk to him about his work and stuff....why this restriction with the not talking
?
