Could the NAND backup mean that we could backup our (*shit. just realized my answer now. will continue typing anyway*) 4.1-4.5 firmware, update to the latest OFW from Nintendo to play new games/online, then downgrade back down to use the GateWay again? (*Now what I realized earlier was that I don't know if the GateWay is capable of restoring NAND dump, and even if it could, GateWay mode would be blocked anyway if we updated to latest firmware, so we couldn't do anything with it regardless*)

Why in the black hell did this have to happen now, especially when poor sods like us inadvertently updated? Damn this sucks, there'd better be 6.2 support or I ain't buyin'. :creep: Nope, not buying until it works with 6.2 or below.

Firmware Spoofing - Checked
Ability to play region-locked games - Checked
Support to mone languages -Checked
New interface - Checked

What's next? I believe we will see in a soon future:
6.3 firmware support
Rom loader
Homebrew support
Online
Anti-Anti-Piracy methods for Monster Hunter 4 and newer games
A way to simulate the NAND memory from Animal Crossing

Kudos for Gateway Team and their brilliant work :grog:

Going by that logic, you should just make that purchase now! :tpi:

Huh? Not without support for 6.2 firmware I'm not! Well that, and I need a job to save money.

Ryukouki, are you suggesting I buy a product I wouldn't be able to even use? Why should I buy a product that wouldn't work for me?

Assuming it's anti-piracy and not just it was built with >4.5 sdk and has issues with running on the lower firmware.

Official website has the info and pictures now too. Said they're still finalizing the update, and that the best is coming in part 2.
