Games on different switches on one switch?

Hello.
So we used to have 2 switches in the family but sold them.
Now the youngest want one. I'm guessing I can log into this new one to regain digital games from one of the old accounts. But can I somehow get games from both the old accounts?

But can you add it as a primary for one of the old accounts and then secondary for the other and get games from both accounts?
