Two nice project i found recently:

this is a pcb to create your own GC controller. Main use is to integrate it in a Gamecube or wii portable.

Do not forget to have a look here for most recent firmware or to buy pre-build boards.

This one is a usb to gc converter with the ability to use a Bluetooth adapter and connect a DS3 or DS4 to have a good and cheap substitute to a wavebird.

Great. I've been wondering about a DIY Ps2 and Snes controller adapter to gc.
I've not found information. And the ps2 to gc adapter looks very simple to make (I dont have one to open it and are actually hard to find) . Do you know anything about it?

i used to go out to the recycling center every couple weeks and look at the crts and other electronics people would drop off. Usually screens were broken or severely scratched from being tossed around. Did find a good one here and there, but never anything like a 1080i widescreen crt.

Is it piracy if it was released for free? Not in my opinion, but I also think it's not piracy if buying it isn't owning it, and it's not piracy if you can't buy it from the original creators anymore.

Free release can have loopholes where they still make money through ads
