Hi.

I have an unfinished ISO, dumped with RawDump.
I want to continue the dumping, but I can't because I don't have windows on PC anymore (I have Ubuntu now). Is there a way to use RawDump on Ubuntu, or to complete the dumping directly on the Wii (using a homebrew)?

BTW, the game I'm dumping is Super Mario Galaxy 2

You could use a Virtual Box and run Windows in it, or you go ahead and just dl the iso of the game since you already own it

it will only take like 5 minutes to dump the entire game on the wii using cleanrip. no point trying to resume a partial dump and have to worry about it being messed up.

Owning the original doesn't make it legal to download someone else's backup.
You are allowed to make your own backup from your own original (depending on your country laws), but no country allow sharing backups.

Like Giantpune said, just dump it again fully, it will will be faster and prevent resume/joint errors

Exactly. Just use a dumper on the Wii, or use a USB loader (and convert back to an ISO if you want). It's quicker, more reliable, and easier.

Cheers

I have tried with CleanRip 1.0.4 and Wii DVD Dumper 1.2, but on CleanRip the previously removed parts will reappear and mildly corrupt the filesystem.
The expected output would be only the recently dumped part, but what I get is the dumped part PLUS all the previously dumped parts.

Then, on Wii DVD Dumper it takes an eternity........

Someone knows a good homebrew dumper which has a full support for NTFS flash drives? (I have a 8GB NTFS pendrive)

cleanrip is the best. format your drive and dump your game again.

Try this. It's a more recent revision of CleanRip, but compiled with the latest development libraries.

Remember that if you're using a NTFS drive and you have 4,37GB+ free space, there's no need to dump the game in multiple chunks.
