Found an old R4 clone, anyone can help me figure out the correct firmware?

Hello everyone, I'm new here, hope I'm not breaking any rule.

I recently found this old R4 clone cartridge from when I was a kid (it's from 2009/2010, I think?).

It comes with no SD card.

Can anyone help me figure out what I should put on this thing to make it work?

Also, there's a way to properly run Pokèmon Black and White/Black and White 2 on this thing?

Links don't work for me. I have the same card with the same problem, Kernal link works if copied and pasted into new browser. Firmware link does not exist.

I put the Kernal on the card and it just gives the loading screen and freezes like the others I have tried.

I succesfully downloaded the kernel, thanks! Just as Alan says anyway I'm fronting the same issue with the firmware update link. I tried searching for a mirror or a reupload but no luck, sadly.
