I have found some enemies names in the file btl/prm/To9_EnemyData.bin and some skills in the TODS3_SormaSkillData.dat
I could not continue because I don't understand much japanese...

wat u use to get the script text out? any program?

As Apex said, if you can get the info out into text files or something, then I'm happy to have a look at translating some of it. It's been a while since I did any translating, but 2 years studying Japanese and a huge load of reference books have to come in useful somehow ^_-

Well, just used the Crystal Tile 2. Do a search with the name, and translate it.
For example, search Majinken (魔神剣) and translate all the finds to Majink.

Insider92, how you did to see and export/edit the files inside de m.dat? I can't open it and see those files.

Why majink? the pointer system for the db files are all strait forward.

I lack in programming ability, so I couldn't make myself a b/dat file unpack/packer.
If you made one, can I have it, too?

This isn't strictly relevant, but I can explain why those audio files came out as garbage. They're not ADXs, CRI's format for music; they're AHX, which is usually used for speech. They're similar in format to ADXs, just heavily (lossfully) compressed.
