Hacking Fat32 USB Flash Drive not visible on vWii

I have a USB flash drive that have plugged in to my Wii U that is formatted as Fat32. I can't get it to mount in WiiXplorer and WiiFlow hangs when trying to see it. Any help?

Hello,

Prefer an external hard drive (fat 32 recommend with a Y cable preferably), and everything will be fine.

Often the USB keys give a black screen or do not start.

I'd second that. I've read that some flash drives don't work or maybe even most of them don't. I'm not really sure, but I'd see if it detects an hdd.

Try formatting it with WBFS Manager. Try FAT32, but if that doesn't work, try WBFS format. I have a flash drive that wouldn't work with my Wii until I switched to WBFS format, which was invented specifically for the Wii. (After all, the name stands for Wii Backup File System!)

I'm not so sure but you should try in WBFS Format.

Also try to use a external HDD with a 'Y' cable
