In short, I had opened a request to return my EZ Flash Omega on ezflashomega.com for was I assumed was a shell defect. This was in May. As of writing, they have yet to do anything about the request at all.
Unfortunately, I had not realized the unreliability of this reseller as mentioned by other users until weeks after receiving the Omega. I had considered then that this wasn't a huge deal since it's only a problem with the shell, however now I at least want some explanation. Could anyone help me reach out to them, or recommend any options?
