EZ Omega DE. Cant seem to turn off the cart leds.

Dunno for some reason when i go into the sub menu setting for Enable Led. I disable the led click on set. Leave the sub menu. But when i jump into a game and then exit the leds on the cart come back on again.
Any ideas?

Please ensure you have installed the latest kernel and firmware, the kernel is 1.03 and firmware is 4
