Hacking EZ Flash 3in1 Versions + Where To Order In The States

I have a DS Lite + R4 III Upgrade MicroSDHC version and am looking for GBA emulation and was recommended the EZ Flash 3in1 but am unsure where to order it so it doesnt take 20 days to get here and what version is the latest.
