Tell me your secret for immortality, I'll be waiting :D
My goal is to be as healthy as possible in order to live as long as possible. If I live long enough, I might live to see medical technology that extends my life long enough to see immorality as an option. Cyronics is also an option.

And if I do die, and if there is an afterlife, I'll stubbornly refuse to pass to the other side, haunting some hospital room for all eternity or something.

Waiting probably is the key.

At the present rate of advancement of biology, technology and such most of the common causes of death (many of which come down to ageing) will likely be eliminated before too long, and at some point after that then you will probably be able to download your mind or convert your body into some kind of hive swarm thing and distribute it around the place such that no one action will be able to wholly destroy it barring the end of the universe itself (assuming you don't manage to defeat that or find some parallel universe).
None of that is quite yet, and though the advancement themselves will probably not immediately do it they will hopefully allow you to wait even longer until it actually can (to say nothing of the possibilities granted by having century or so experienced people in a field with the bodies of superhuman 20 year old athletes).

With that said current projections are often phrased as we don't know who the first 200 year old will be, but they have probably been born already.

Japanese curry is delicious but not really what I would call curry. Ditto Thai efforts.

If however you know the way to make the thing known as curry across the Indian subcontinent without first sticking some onions and garlic in a pan then please to elaborate, not necessarily for taste reasons but as an intellectual effort more than anything. Fortunately tomatoes are not used much in any of the Bengali varieties which is nice as it is that area which handles most of the curry houses around here, go somewhere where Pakistan provides most of the inspiration... not good.
Sorry but thai/japanese curry > indian.

Pretty fine. I exercise every week and don’t do drugs or drink alcohol. I feel great. Haven’t got sick in a while. And not feeling depressed or anything.

I don’t know why but that response is funny.

Take care of yourself but don’t turn it into an obsession. You can be healthy by sleeping 8 hours a day, meditating for 20 minutes a day, eating well 6 days a week and going on hour long walks daily. You’ll feel way better if you do these things. Unhealthy doesn’t always equate to more pleasurable.

You can spend your holidays at meditation retreats or spend 3 hours a day at the gym, but it’s not essential. Only go to these extents if you enjoy it.

Being healthy does mean breaking some old habits that bring you pleasure. Avoid hard drugs, smoking, and excessive sweets, soft drugs and drinking. If you’re on hard drugs, you probably need to see a psychologist over past trauma or mental illness.

As for the argument that you should enjoy your life by doing unhealthy things, you’ll have more time to enjoy if you look after your body.

Sleeping 8 hours a day, man I remember the two years when I was able to do that. Ah, the good old days.
