Hacking Error when launching 3DS

I got this error after installing B9S. I was on the latest version w/ the latest luma. I cannot launch into the home menu, but I can go into godmode9 and the luma settings just fine.

Is there any way to fix it, or is my 3DS rip? Thanks in advance.

Then I think you're kind of screwed. Though, turning off Wireless Connections sometimes helps...
