EA will host its annual EA Play event digitally this June

EA is still on schedule for a press briefing, even if E3 isn't. Usually taking place on a yearly basis right before E3 kicks off, EA's event date hasn't changed, though it will be taking place online now. EA Play Live is set to occur on June 11th at 6pm CT, where we're promised to see world premieres and reveals, community content, and more aired through a livestream format. Last year's EA Play event showed us news like FIFA 20's release date, new Sims 4 DLC, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order gameplay, and other reveals. With Nintendo and Bethesda supposedly not partaking in the June festivities, that means EA will be one of the few publishers left still doing an event, alongside Microsoft.

Great can't wait to see the list of trash titles full of microtransactions of sorry live services that launch with buggy ass Frostbite engine and all the dumbasses fall for the media hype and preorder before they've even seen a review

Reviews made by influencers who were either paid for their positive reviews, or EA modified the loot tables solely for the influencers get good stuff and then right good reviews when in reality everyone will have horrible loot tables. There's been confirmation companies have done that, changing the chances of things for people so they recommend it to their followers, only for their followers to have the default chances aimed to make them spend money to get what they want instead of spend the extreme amount of time.

    Eventhough the New 3DS XL is more powerful, I still feel like the DS Lite was a more polished system. It's a real shame that it never got an XL variant keeping the GBA slot. You'd have to go on AliExpress and buy an ML shell to give a DS phat the unofficial "DS Lite" treatment, and that's the best we'll ever get I'm afraid.

    @Jayro, I don't see whats so special about the DS ML, its just a DS lite in a phat shell. At least the phat model had louder speakers, whereas the lite has a much better screen.
