I want to finish Metroid Prime 2 on my pc, but i just dont know how to transfer the save to my pc. i have a softmodded "old" wii with firmware 4.1 and a unmodified gamecube. I have 3 original gc memory cards (2 black, 1 gray).

I tried nugasa and GCMM, both wont work. Nugasa just doesnt access any memory cards and gcmm reports errors when pressing a button as it cant load the memory card either. is there a hardware free(usb gecko etc) way left?

also: yes, i own the game

I think you need to buy/borrow a 3rd party mem card, because officials are not compatible with GC save managers.. Even then I don't know if the save is in right format but worth a try if you can borrow a card.

using a usb gecko and geckoOS, you can dump GC saves right to your PC through geckotool.exe.
does that also work on win 7 x64? fully working driver available?
