Hacking Dump Wii U OTP and SEEPROM with hardware

Hi all, got rid of my Wii U ages ago and just found out about Cemu. I understand you need the OTP and SEEPROM binary files to get Cemu to work online. Not being in the mood to spend money on a working Wii U, and wanting a bit of a challenge, I wanted to know if it was possible to dump both of those keys using a hardware programmer. The idea is I can get a broken Wii U for cheap, not care about the internals, and dump off the keys. I'm rather experienced in hardware hacking, I can microsolder, know what emmc is, etc. but as I know very little about the way the WiiU is arranged I assume someone else out there has already gone through the work. My searches have turned up nothing so far.

Just woke up LMAO. Anyways the nand or whatever is encrypted. A broken one would probably just mean a non-working disc drive which will still make it possible to mod.

Yes, that's why I want to buy a broken one lmao. The broken ones I've seen have bad video outputs. Sounds like dumping it with hardware is a no go and I'm gonna need one that boots. Thanks.
