Hacking Dual core R4 card issue can anyone help?

Bought an dual core R4 card 2014 put the firmware on and a game but when it comes to launching the game a blank window with a red x pops up and then i can't do anything. First time you try to load a game it creates a save file but will not launch any idea's?

Maybe see if your card is genuine.

It was bought from http://www.r4ds-dsi.co.uk/ so no idea if its a genuine seller but has the url printed on the card

Try formatting your SD card, or using a different one.
If you still have the same problem, you probably have a defective card.
