In tribute to his birthday, DragonMinded has released version 3.1129 of his unarguably popular DS application. It sports several bug fixes, and SSL support. Download and changelog below.

* PNG files now support proper alpha channel.
* Added server-based auto perform to irc.
* Added missing ascii characters to all fonts, changed some fonts slightly.
* Added SSL support to web browser.
* Fixed side tab icons not showing up when startup screen was irc or web browser.
* Fixed random crash on shutting the lid.
* Fixed inconsistent help messages on configuration.
* Fixed more incorrectly written pages that don't display.
* Fixed deflate raw encoding not working.
* Fixed random scroll down on pages that fit entirely on top page while on favorites.
* Fixed invalid directory configuration message not showing up.
* Fixed orientation messing up when viewing pictures in web browser.
* Fixed some image placeholders overlapping each other before rendering.
* Fixed disappearing cursor on scribble pad.
* Fixed graphics corruption on side tabs with other themes.
* Disabled help from appearing while files are downloading in web browser to stop freezes.
* Updated dswifi to 0.3.4

How is the Web Browser suppose to work? When I tried it on my Supercard Lite it gave me some weird jumble then it froze. Then it corrupted my card! Im scared to try this again.

It would be easy enough to add an option to the web browser to download what's currently on screen, shouldn't it? Can it already do that? If I want to save a webpage and image (anything the browser will render)

kellyan there is no need to download webpages, they will automatically be saved to the Cache directory (/DSOrganize/Cache) just search through the renamed files (rename them to .html).

Yeah, SSL is good, hopefully he'll implement Javascript soon, implement the sideway style he announced some time ago and fixes some pages that don't render with the webbrowser now or crash it.

What can't DSO do?

Would you guys say the DSO browser is better than the Official Opera Browser? I wouldn't know since I've only used the Opera Browser. I can't get the DSO browser to work for some reason.
