You can't run DSi games at all as CIA, only DSiWare.

All my games worked fine up until a few weeks ago when my pokemon platinum stopped working, keep in mind it was working for a while before that. In the time during when it was working all I added was cheat codes. Adding game corner coins worked fine but as soon as I added the "any pokemon can learn any TM" cheat the game broke. It tried removing it, the game, the save and the cheats themselves but the game isn't working. Does anyone have any insight into how I can resolve this?

Disable every enabled cheat.
If that doesn't work, delete "usrcheat.dat" at "sd:/_nds/TWiLightMenu/extras/".

Yes. For now, you need a flashcard to use cheats without breaking the game. Other than that, nope.

I have just modded my dsi to twilightmenu++ .I have it all working but I am limited to 39 games per emulator when using the menu. ie I might have 100 games in the folder but the menu will only show games upto the leter G. I guess I could add more folders but is there a way to show all games in a folder via the menu.
