A switch/toggle for on-the-fly AP-patching, is pointless.
Most people use clean ROMs anyways.

So does Chrono Trigger DS or Phantasy Star 0 work on DSi?? They have worked for me on 3DS (PS0 for sure and I think CTDS) but both say an error has occurred when booting on dsi, any suggestions???

Try deleting "settings.ini" at "sd:/_nds/TWiLightMenu/".
