Is there anything like the all in one retro consoles that support Dreamcast? Preferably with SDHC card support to add roms to it without having to swap out and keep a bunch of cartridges?

I'm hoping to try to find something for my brother-in-law's birthday, and he really liked the sega consoles.

Oh, that would definitely be better. What do you mean by "both with a menu"? the wordpress page seems to say that you have to blindly push a button to increment through the disks on the sd card.
And they support SDHC, right?

yes,that was in the beginning.
gdmenu is now i think on 0.5.2
and it works fine, search on youtube for gdemu or rhea-phoebe.
i say, read carefully the page i linked for what dreamcast and saturn you must have.
its important,or you end with a device not compatable with your console.

and i have an 128gb sdcard in my gdemu, full with games, they are full gdi rips, working like an original disc.
