You won't get anything past 2.3.0 at this point.
There hasn't been any reports of any Switch console being shipped with 3.0.0 yet, so you are safe to buy it from anywhere you'd like and still be on the safe side of things

If you're in states 2.3.0,seems Nintendo updating their system on each shipment regularly.No doubt next month shipment going to be 3.1
