Basically, when I start up Dolphin, run any .wad or .iso, then go to the home menu, and then go to settings, it displays the screen that usually displays when your Wii is semibricked.
However, when I start up Dolphin & press "Load Wii System Menu 4.3E", the settings work normally with no softbrick message, however then I can't start some games or channels due to region mismatch.
