ROM Hack Does there are any documentation about XY/ORAS modding?

Hello everyone, I bought this and I want to play some games on it. If I remove the microSD card which contains the audio guide the console gives this message: microSD card is not inserted. Can we make it run games and use it as a console?

I plan to do some hack like changing the player model with another npc etc... do there are any documentation about pkm hacking?
