What are you talking about? The build for switch doesn't have the Mario face removed.

There is a complete thread on building the switch port, with links to the source, which is on github. You have to provide the cloned source with the N64 rom, so that the copyrighted assets can be extracted in order to build it. Assuming the 3DS port is based off of the same project, what's the difference?

the NSP was made by an asshole to get Atlas team shut down. Asking to send donations to their patreon and such, but it had NOTHING to do with team AtlusNX.

Unless you know what you're doing to make an nsp, the result of building the source from the thread I linked to, is an NRO. You launch it from the homebrew channel (or make a forwarder, if you must).
