That will not fix the issue.
Follow this guide to install TWiLight Menu++:I accidentally updated the ndsi system, and now I can't open it. I went to the official website and found that the website was closed.

The Unlaunch steps are optional, but required if you want to keep using your flashcard, though it's recommended to just use TWiLight Menu++ to run your ROMs from the consoles SD card, unless there's a specific game that only works on flashcards.
