This. And also because that looks excessively big for what it is.I prefer rechargeable instead of those ridiculous AA batteries, no.
Yup. Once used up, just place them back on the Switch and it'll charge again. No need for a charging station or a lump-ish add-on.I don't think mine have died, or even gotten close to dying, since I've owned my Switch. I mean it's cool, but....I can't ever see myself using them.
Lol I doubt 1 game would necessitate an entire separate batteryThe damn things last 20 hours on there own, why the hell do we need battery packs for them?
Unless of course ARMS' motion controls kills the joycon quickly.
But if it becomes situational, is it really worth the money?Yeah, this isn't a product I think I'll ever need, but maybe for the right situations in might come in handy.

That's basically a piece of plastic where you place two AA batteries and then keep on playing. I bet Nintendo will charge it for more than it's worth it.Depends on your situation. I can imagine a few specific situations certain people might run into over and over again that it could be worth the money, but to most people, no I don't see it as being worth the money.

The Joy-Cons last 20hrs so that's more than enough for hours on end, unless someone keeps playing constantly (not recommended or healthy).
We've already got the charging grip thoThose might be good for people hacking on the joycons, would have to come with the contacts built in! No modifying of the controller hardware.
These would more versatile, stick a tablet in between them eh?We've already got the charging grip tho
