Complex release was region locked PAL. SPLiT, a long standing group that usually does a lot of German releases, has the region free copy.
It is technically a MMOFPS or something like that so xbox live is necessary. One of the boxarts has a better with kinect banner so who knows.
There is a collectors edition/ultimate edition with the non plastic junk section being some extra character bonuses and such like. No idea how that will play out vis a vis DLC.
Apparently a tie in to an upcoming TV show I have never heard of (though that means little). Trion Worlds are the developer/publisher and they are best known for the actually fairly well liked WOW clone "Rift".
They are playing up the TV show- game link saying they will be connected, the cynics among us are betting on throwaway references at best though nicely they do seem to be going in for the persistent world approach which is less commonly seen.
