On Pokemon X/Y:
- Place a Floette into box 1 slot 1
- save and eject card

On Powersaves:
- Open Powersaves
- Insert Pokemon X or Y
- wait till all codes are loaded
- select Form 5
- open Cheat Engine, select powersaves.exe
- search for 6019 (int), there should be only 1 result, add this result to your table
- change 6019 into 6020
- apply codes and wait till it finishes

you will not get a Form 5 Floette, you will get a Eternal Flower Floette... ^^

Make the value type 4 Bytes, that will filter out a lot of unrelated hits.

When I search for the values, I don't have any results. I open up the process powersaves3ds.exe, scan type: exact value, value type: 4 bytes, and I didn't change anything in memory scan options. I'm searching for 5957 and the torchic wonder card code is selected in powersaves

No i don't think these codes are in the database, but i have a full pokedex + all unown forms + all vivillon patterns except Icy Snow i could clone them when i have time.

Just out of curiosity, what happens if you change floette's form to AZ's, make him learn Light of Ruin (his characteristic move) and then you convert it back to regular floette?
Would you be able to trade it?

I can store it in the GTS, so i guess it's tradeable with that move.

Can you play Wifi battles with it?
Even with the drawbacks of that move, with a decent IV/EV combination, floette can be really dangerous should it be able to bypass the filter.

Powersaves can backup/restore the Emunand Pokemon X/Y savegame but it can't edit.

Can it edit the save of other games that are played through the red card?

There is no use in logging anything or looking into the ram, after verifying that the license is correct it downloads some xml data where it finds the urls, then it downloads the game specific xml file, here Zelda OoT 3DS (EUR-GER) xml file:

It uses a custom TCP / TLS protocol to send the save + some rom data (for decryption) + selected codes.

How do you find the xml files?

I wanna be absolutely sure about this, you can only retrieve old codes that were removed and not new ones right? Like if I wanted the other trio Pokemon would that be possible or no? I'm guessing no.
