@Ryumaru i have installed the homebrew via soundhax , and i use the prexisting CHMM2 to change the themes, i tried to dowload another theme and it install his song , only yours give me prob

Then you are running Soundhax to access Homebrew Laucher. CHMM2 version of Homebrew Laucher is not updated. If your 3DS is unlocked with some CFW, you just need to install the .CIA version. If your 3DS is blocked, CHMM2 may present several flaws in the theme installation process.

You can not install .CIA files on a locked 3ds.

Just use what looks good to you. It looks fine to me but if you think it looks odd I'd like to see it from your perspective since I haven't seen any complaints so far.

You're right.. tbh i never tried to use smaller cut than what the template gave me, sometimes i just gave up the pic that i want to use since it doesnt cut nicely

I believe the DSP only affect the bgm preview, nothing more i think, so with or w/o DSP i could still install the bgm

My First Theme​

I figured for my first theme I would make a Chadtronic Based Theme, because why not?​

So, it's in the works. Almost done, all I have to do is add a working BGM. I'll put a preview below.

Any help with BGM would be appreciated.
Also, the shading on the sides of the top screen is an issue with Usagi and looks fine when put onto the 3DS.​

You could use music with electronic rhythm.

It's finally done. After agonizing hours of my PC messing up.​

I present to you... The Chadtronic Theme! This theme (even though the post announcing I was going to make it was posted approximately 1 hour ago (as of this writing)) took up much of my Friday, but was SO worth it. I'll put a preview below, as well as a Download Link.

Name: A Chadtronic Theme. BGM: Chadtronic Credits. No SFX. No scrolling top screen. No scrolling bottom screen.
This theme was made using Usagi 3DS Theme Editor.

If I remember well DSP only works if the 3DS is unlocked, otherwise it will only work in applications that can only be run inside the Homebrew Laucher. Even without the DSP the Theme installed with CHMM2 will work perfectly on an unlocked 3DS. DSP only serves to activate the sound plugins of Homebrew applications.

The version of CHMM2 in .3dsx format is no longer updated it has stopped in v2.1 and the version in .cia format is in 2.8.

@MetalMatty I recommend that you look for tutorials that explain how to install Luma 3DS with A9LH. This way you will not have any limitations on your 3DS.

Fixed a couple of stupid small mistakes I made with both of my first themes. I'm now completely pleased with both of them, and wont be making any more edits to them.

I wouldn't mind a Magikarp theme.

You have already tried to restore the default settings of Photoshop because the images you passed had some changed settings. In one of the images the guides were appearing as if they were two stretched rectangles, in the other image was active the auto trimming mode

In my Photoshop the tabs appear as in the image below.

In the image you posted the tab settings are with other settings.

In this image the cut selection tool is enabled and it was not for her to be enabled.

Press control +; To disable the tabs then press the letter V to activate the selection tool. Extend the work area using the lopa tool. Take a picture and post so I can see.

So...I tried to disable the tabs and I reset the settings but, nope. Don't work.
