Hacking Couple questions from a noob about rogero 4.31

Hey guys, I was wondering how I can get the snes and n64, etc emulator packages to work on the 4.31 cfw. I know they work for 3.55, but are the compatible with rogero 431?

Also I was reading that I believe it is Irish manager, but you can play your psp backups through it. I may be mistaken, but im interested in getting that to work as well. Any ideas on how that works guys?
