How do i convert a .duc to a m3i zero save file?

On shunyweb what option do i use?

Source format: Action Replay Max DS (.duc/ .dss)
Target format: Acekard 2 | CycloDS | EDGE ...

Yeah but there is two options... the one you said and down near the bottem there is M3 (.dat)
