I'm looking for a solution, if any, on changing M3 Sakura, or 3.8's firmware in order to enable soft-resetting on all roms / homebrew. It's a pain doing it for the 30 - 50 files on my Real and having a simple Master Soft-reseting switch would be of great help to not only me but probably others.

Anyone knowledgable on this or does this require taking it further (Eg. Contacting the M3 team, getting an automated response and probably not getting it included in the next firmware update)

sakura does not have soft reset at all in the hacked english version all tho it is rumored that the official release will implement it,

as for automated im not to sure on any of the official firmwares... it does seem to have to be done per rom, altho the menu is brought up to enable it on rom launch

soft-reset for homebrew is something you'd have to request from the creator of that homebrew.
m3manager(original firmware) already has soft-reset.
and m3sakura will get soft-reset when m3team figures out why it causes problems.
