Hi,

Im new and probably a bit dumb.

Im struggling in getting the wii covers to show when using config usb loader.

Im using v60. My config usbloader is on my SD card (drive F:) with the game covers, the games i have got on a usb hard drive (drive "E") . I have gone into config usb loader configurator and gone into "Theme Options 1".. down to "covers" and clicked on 1 and then "covers wiz". I have everything ticked and and told "3d path" that the covers are in "F:\apps\usb-loader\covers\3d. I still cannot get any pictures to show.

What am I doing wrong please?

Many thanks

PLEASE IGNORE....IVE done it

I have been using USB Loader GX for a long time but have decided to move on to Configurable USB loader.

Current Setup is Fat32 6Gig, and 1.9 Gig NTFS Partition. I have placed my sd card data on to the Fat32 portion of the drive which appears to be working. The CFG Loader loads, however I have set the GUI To Coverflow3d locked but the loader does not load in to this GUI.

Also, does anyone know if the NTFS Install feature has been fixed or does it still corrupt the NTFS partition?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Changes:
  • Fixed bugs with column sorting in Cover Download
  • Allowed Cover Download to accept two games that only differ in publisher code (customs, etc.).
Sample cdbs do not need to be updated.

Thanks,
settings.cfg also has control over the gui_style option and it has priority. Set it there.

Yes, NTFS write is fixed and is enabled via the ntfs_write=1 option.

Well, the wizards will help you see what the options do. Every option also has a tool tip if you hover the mouse over it. You can get some more detailed help for most options by pushing F2 (or selecting Help...What's This) and then clicking on the option you are have trouble with. Finally, the options are also detailed in README-CFG.txt and the Configurable Options page of my tutorial.

If none of that documentation helps, you can ask here or in the Configurable thread.

I just upgraded to 6.1 from 5.8b and now Wii Resort doesn't work any more...really weird...I tried the player.dol fix and still nothing. Is it possible to downgrade? If so, how can I safely do it?? Thanks

I think you are referring to Cfg rather than the Configurator...

I suppose you also mean v61 and v58b? You can just install any older version to downgrade, but I strongly suggest you update to 62a5 first just to ensure it doesn't work. Ask any further questions in the Configurable thread, which is stickied.

Right, stupid question here ...

Can someone explain to me how I use configurator to set up two profiles in my Cfg Loader; one (the default) profile for my son which has some games hidden and the other profile which shows all games.

Alternatively, is there a way of hiding games automatically based on their PEGI (?) rating ?

@The Real Jdbye What don't you get? If someone use a stolen creditcard. Then sell said key on G2A. If I the dev sold the game key, I will get the charge back cost. That's how it works, it doesn't matter if I generate 300 keys if 300 of them are bought with stolen credit cards. I never said it was on Steam, but its the dev that gets hit. There is a ton of stories out there if you google it.
