72-80 fps in-game ? Sorry, but I don't think this is possible. When I say IN-GAME, do you know what I mean, right ?

I mean fight Ursula and you??:)
Nope, there is almost nothing on the screen being rendered (just the boat, ursula and water), of course the fps will go sky high. For a nice benchmark, check the framerate when you reach the Town (near the spot where you can save for the first time). This is where it drops to what you'll have for almost the entire game.

Trevest Town first save point 55-57 fps

With my i3-3220 sun 'n moon runs sometimes ~200 and in high 3d processing low to ~30.

have you SSD and close all in Background.

Now this is a more honest result
One good way to point out the exact performance is the benchmark function in Fraps, I'm using it to register min/max/average fps with precision. This way I can be sure about the values everytime (and it's easier to compare too)

You have a monster.

I do not have an SSD, but I close all, mainly programs like google chrome that consume a lot.

my build had no think to do with speed, they where just requested ad-ons like 3d / cheats est

although the new 114 has a new option in graphics, As "Windows Size" , the higher it goes in size the slower it gets, less size the faster it gets .
But that's why also Auto feature was there.
